How do I apply for a rental property?
You can apply directly on our website by clicking "Apply Online". We use Buildium to manage applications, so your information is processed securely. Just click "Apply Online," create a Buildium account (if you don’t already have one), and follow the steps to submit your application.
Is there an application fee?
No, we don't charge an application fee.
Can I schedule a tour before applying?
We require an application to be completed before scheduling a viewing.

Yes. Creating a Buildium resident centre account gives you access to apply, sign your lease, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests — all in one place.

What is included in the rent?

The security deposit typically equals one month’s rent, but it may vary depending on the property or your rental history.
What are the lease terms?
We offer flexible lease options to suit your needs. In most cases, we provide month-to-month contracts, giving you the freedom and convenience to rent without a long-term commitment. Longer lease terms may also be available upon request.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Some properties allow pets with a pet deposit, while others may not allow pets at all. Please check the listing or contact us directly.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required. You can upload your proof of insurance directly to your Buildium portal before your move-in date.
How can I sign my lease?
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to your lease. Log in to your Buildium resident portal, review the lease, and sign it electronically. A copy of the signed lease will be saved in your portal for future reference.
How do I pay my security deposit?
Once your application is approved, we’ll send you instructions through your Buildium resident portal to pay your security deposit. You can submit the deposit securely online using EFT (bank transfer).
Please note: the deposit must be paid in full before we can hold or secure the unit for you.
How do I access my Buildium Resident Portal?
To access your Buildium resident portal, simply visit the link provided by our management team via email, click "Resident Portal" on our homepage or download the Buildium App on your smartphone. Log in using your email and password, If you’re a new tenant and haven’t received your portal invite yet, please contact management.
What if I forget my Buildium login info?
Click “Forgot Password” on the Buildium login page to reset your credentials. For other login issues, reach out to us directly.
Is Buildium free for tenants?
Yes, there is no charge to use the Buildium platform as a resident.
Are payments through Buildium secure?
Yes. Buildium uses encrypted, PCI-compliant systems to process all payments safely and securely.
Can I use the Buildium mobile app?
Yes. Download the Buildium Resident Center app on iOS or Android to access everything — payments, maintenance, documents, and communication — on the go.
How do I pay my rent?
Log in to your Buildium resident portal via our homepage by clicking "Resident Portal" or login via the Buildium App on your smartphone. Buildium allows you to pay rent using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly from your bank account. It's a secure, convenient, and does not cost . Simply log in to your Buildium tenant portal, go to the Payments section, and add your bank account information. You can also set up automatic recurring payments to ensure your rent is always paid on time.
Can I track my lease and documents?
Yes. All lease agreements, notices, and communications are available in your Buildium tenant portal under the "Documents" section.
How do I communicate with property management?
Use the "Messages" section in Buildium to contact us directly. You’ll receive email updates and can also reply through your portal.
