Non-Urgent Maintenance Requests

For routine or non-urgent issues such as:

  • Dripping faucets

  • Malfunctioning appliances

  • Minor plumbing or electrical issues

  • General wear and tear

Please submit the request through your Buildium Resident Portal or by clicking "Maintenance Request" below. We aim to respond to non-urgent requests within 1–3 business days.

Emergency Maintenance Requests

Emergency issues include:

  • Major water leaks or flooding

  • No heat during winter

  • No electricity

  • Fire or smoke damage (after 911 has been called)

  • Sewer backups or major plumbing blockages

If you are experiencing an emergency that poses immediate risk to life, health, or property, please:

1. Call 911 first – if there is any danger to personal safety (e.g., fire, gas smell, break-in, medical emergency)
2. Then call us directly at (306) 585-1956

Do not submit emergency issues through Buildium alone, as portal requests may not be seen immediately outside regular office hours.
